After contacting Peola Landscapes our team will evaluate your project and will return your call or email within 2 business days.

We carefully assess each project to ensure we can deliver the best results possible within the timeframe and budget you are requesting. If we are a good fit to create your dream outdoor living space, we'll connect to set up an onsite meeting. If we don't feel we are able to commit to delivering what you are asking for, we're happy to refer you to who can.

Once we determine that we are a good fit, we’ll schedule a site visit to discuss your vision, goals and budget. You’ll be encouraged to dream of all the possibilities!

Your design team will help you create a wishlist for your project and discuss what a project like yours may cost.

Based on your feedback and the scope of work required, you’ll be presented with a design fee for your project. Design fees typically amount to 1–3% of the total project cost.

We will not begin construction until you are ready to proceed and have had a chance to review and sign your construction contract. When this is signed and your deposit is paid, we will be able to officially schedule your project start date.

All required permits will be applied for on your behalf prior to the beginning of any construction.

At the beginning of the construction phase you’ll have a chance to meet with your project manager and the rest of our dedicated and trustworthy crew. At this point you can hand things over to them.

As the project comes to a close we will take you on a final walk through to ensure you are totally satisfied with every part of your brand new outdoor living space. Should any questions or issues arise we will make the necessary changes so that you can fully enjoy your new space!

This is why we are pleased to offer property care services to our existing clients. We are able to provide you with the best maintenance plans and techniques because we know your landscape better than anyone else. We will custom-tailor maintenance plans to the specific needs of your property to ensure that each element is properly cared for.
